ROOKI AUSTRALIA



ROOKi is a Sydney based  womens fitness label. It is a modern luxury atheleisure brand that supports healthy living. The branding for ROOKi  conveys strength and resilience. The logo mark and logotype that are used work together but also as standalone elements. Both elements are high concept, bold, modern and strong. 

The logo and logotype feature on garments in both white and gold. When applied to print collateral the branding is kept slick. Business and promo cards use crisp white text on black card. Box packaging and garment swing tags feature the logo as a blind spot uv.  

This brand is all about strength - branding for ROOKi AUSTRALIA is simple but so so strong.

JIM & JANE



Sydney store Jim and Jane needed a new grown up image. The business had evolved over the years to a bold and modern chic store. The re brand called for a high concept sharp and modern typographic logo. The logo had to be very simple and clean, but a little bit playful too. 

A feature of the store is the heavily textured walls used in product shoots. The logo was designed with these textures in mind - and has been applied on concrete texture for the business cards. With carry through textures and a versatile logo that works inverted - The branding for Jim and Jane is strong.

Multi award winning Blue Mountains photographer Ona Janzen wanted a very high concept and versatile logo that could be changed for branding purposes. A logo that could stand alone, be paired with her name, have texture and be split for embossing on photo albums.

We incorporated her love of geometric forms and metallics. Heavily influenced by these shapes, her hometown and name -  the logo was born.

All print collateral was shaped around the logo - Creating a very modern and versatile branding. Standard, textured and split logos are all utilised for different purposes. Ona has produced her own gift certificates and crystal/walnut USB cases using these versatile branding elements pulling the brand together as a whole. 


 

THE COVE DINING CO.



The Cove Dining Co. was an exciting fresh start from its former - Prato Cafe and Diner. 

The clients wanted something fresh, clean and timeless. The design needed to compliment their existing modern menu and the gorgeous heritage listed building in which the cafe is situated - The old Nestle recreation hall.

The logo is very simple and ultra clean. It is modern and even a little bit nautical. Drawing inspiration from the nearby bay, vintage decor and the rustic menu - the logo and business cards are accompanied with similarly toned vintage greens for other print collateral.

Outdoor light boxes and signage were finished in high gloss black to stand out against the white building and overgrown garden. High tea flyers, menus and gift vouchers have been illustrated with a floral theme featuring simple line drawings and muted colours.
